Bella Paradiso Condo 14

Relax at Bella Paradiso! This newly remodeled and well appointed Studio room is located steps from downtown. The room includes granite counters, plush queen bed, contemporary seating area, kitchenette with sink, bar height breakfast table, 27′ LCD TV with DVD and theater speakers, movie library, and a Sony docking station for Iphones/Ipods. The room is also furnished with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and hair dryer. (The 3G cell signal is great, but we do not have WiFi. We have bagged ice in a freezer in the storage room behind #9 – help yourself.)

There are teak chairs on the front porch overlooking Main street, and comfortable Adirondack chairs on the back balcony. (Room #9 does not have a back door, therefore, #10 has a large balcony area.)

Historic Downtown is a short, and relatively flat, 300 yard walk down a beautiful stone sidewalk. Parking downtown is very limited (and expensive), so, most guests simply park at the condo and walk… or ride the trolley. There is a trolley stop just south of the driveway.

There are many fine restaurants near the condo… Local Flavor is an excellent choice for any meal and the beautiful Stone House Wine and Cheese Bar is a “stone’s throw” away. Also, The Stone House typically has live music every Friday night, so if you get to town early, stop in. Both are perfect places to relax in the afternoon.

You will access this unit using a key box located on the front porch directly in front of the door (street side – rail height), therefore, late arrivals are not a problem. I will provide the code after final payment.

WiFi is not available, although sometimes you can find a signal on the front porch. Cell signals seem to be sufficiently strong in the room (including 3G).

Riders welcome! We have a large FLAT parking lot that is behind the building and easy to navigate on a motorcycle… and room for a trailer.
