This second floor condo is perfect for the family or couples who love life outdoors. It is walking distance to the marina and close to multiple golf courses. The open air balcony with clear panel and bar rail has stools that over looks Table Rock Lake. If you need some shade open the canvas canopy. This is a great place to sit and watch boats on the lake or watch the sun go down. Wifi is available, and cable tv in all bedroom as well as the living area.

Enter the condo from the ground floor into a foyer perfect for shedding your lake gear. Head upstairs to all the living and bedroom areas. The living room is spacious with a large dining table for everyone to gather. The full kitchen has been completely updated with stainless steel appliances and beautiful white cabinets. It has everything you need to fix great dinners, complete with toaster and blender.

Not only has the kitchen undergone a complete upgrade, but so has the floors and furniture. It has a chic modern feel with plenty of comfort.

There are three large bedrooms in this condo, two have king size beds with seating areas and private full baths. One bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. The bath is shared with the main living area.

LAKE SWIMMING! There is a swimming area that is located about 150 yards from this property. It is a public access area next to the bridge, but is rarely crowded and often empty. It is very easy to walk to the lake. The yard area has a gentle slope, therefore, you can easily bring along a rolling cooler, wagon, or large wheeled stroller.

SWIMMING POOL AND ENTERTAINMENT! Holiday Island has an amazing recreation center that is open mid-May thru mid-September 8am to 8pm. (shorter winter hours with limited activities). Amenities include TWO SWIMMING POOLS, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts, miniature golf, shuffle board and horseshoes providing hours of entertainment for children and adults alike. The cost for guests is $6.00 per day payable at the Rec Center desk (1/2 price after 5:30 pm). Search for Holiday Island Recreation Center and you will find all the details. The Recreation Center is 1.5 miles from this property (a 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk).

GOLF! 2 Courses

The breathtaking scenery of the Ozark Mountains will provide you with a peaceful backdrop for your golfing experience. The courses are open year round.

The championship course includes 18 holes of scenic beauty riding the crest of the oldest range of mountains on this continent. Many of the tees and greens have a panoramic view that is amazing.

The 9 hole executive course plays 1,832 yards and is located on the lake and surrounded by mountain vistas.

The Driving Range is located at the 18-hole golf course. It is secluded and quiet, with a view of the Ozark Hills for miles. This driving range is so unique! Bring your camera with you. You’ll be amazed.

The Holiday Island Grill is located at the 18-hole golf course. They serve breakfast & lunch 7 days a week.

REGIONAL FUN! Eureka Springs, Zip Lines, Turpentine Creek, The Great Passion Play, Silver Dollar City, Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, Dogwood Canyon, Roaring River.

FLOAT TRIP! Adventure Mountain Outfitters can provide boats and shuttle service for you. If you have your own transportation, you can simply float from the Beaver Bridge and enjoy a 3.5 mile float back to the Marina below the house.
