Payment Terms: 25% Due at booking (Note: Some third party reservation services require payment at time of booking)

NOTE – Price is for 6 guests. Additional Guests over 6 are $20 per person per night. This allows us to keep this vacation retreat affordable for smaller groups. 14 Person Maximum.

Note: the county road to this lake house is well maintained, although, it is not suitable for motorcycles and sports cars.

This is an amazing waterfront location! Bring friends or family to entertain and explore. This home is steps away from the edge of Beaver Lake, and boasts easy water access with plenty of room for everything.

The home is completely updated with high quality fixtures.

The deck area includes 2 screen porches. One on the upper deck and one on the lower deck.

Pets not accepted ($250 charge for unauthorized pets)
