Located next door to the original Eureka Springs Mollee’s Landing #2, Mollee’s Landing #1 is a stand-alone cottage. Originally built sometime in the 1950s as one of 6 motor hotel cottages, Mollee’s Landing #1 was sold off individually in 1994 and converted by the new owner into a guitar shop. The other cottages now house small businesses including a professional massage and wellness center, private counseling service, salon, and other vacation rentals. The guitar shop owner tired of the guitar business sold the building and after some renovations, the building went back to its roots as tourist lodging.
