Stay at your very own peninsula on Beaver Lake at the Beaver Chief Acres!  16 Acres 270 degree of lake view from the pool and deck area.  There is a Lake Front View from nearly every location of the house.

This spacious 5,300 sq.ft. house offers 7 sleeping areas/bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms.  The Master Suite provides a luxurious King Bed that features and incredible sunset view of Beaver Lake!  The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet, large TV, and private doors accessing the back deck and pool area.

All bathrooms are stocked with fresh white towels, wash cloths, robes & if you forget any toiletries there are items provided on property to insure a comfortable stay.  All bedrooms include king or queen beds with luxurious Brooklinen sheets, firm and soft pillows, and extra soft comforters to make sleeping one of the best parts of the stay!

The living room looks out over the pool and lake, ample seating with over-sized leather couches make it a great entertaining spot, or cozy up to the wood burning fire place and watch movies on the x-large screen TV indoor or outdoor!

Chefs will love the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample counter and cupboards.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials to feed 2-75 guests.  2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 1 large stove top, 2 Viking refrigerators and 1 Viking freezer, microwave, toasters, crock pots, double restaurant style margarita machines, and other essentials are available to use on property.

**Margarita Machine** Professional Restaurant Margarita Machine freezes any pre-mixed or custom drink mix to perfect slush consistency.  We recommend Jose Cuervo pre-mixed Margaritas available at nearly any liquor store.

Large Ice Machine!Enough ice to fill ice chests and drinks.

Enjoy the exquisite views from the nearly Olympic size swimming pool.  The property is a short 6-8 minute boat ride to Prairie Creek Marina or 10-12 minutes to Rocky Branch.

Note: Pets are welcome, but we do not allow pets on beds or furniture.  Please bring a pet bed or blanket, or we can supply one for you.  This is important to us.  This is due to allergies and the intense cleaning required to bring beds and furniture back to a hypo-allergenic state.  This policy allows us to assure future guests that furniture and bedding is free of pet hair and dander (this also protects our family from allergies).
