NOTE – Price is for 6 guests. Additional Guests over 6 are $20 per person per night. This allows us to keep this vacation retreat affordable for smaller groups. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS = 11

When renting this property for 6 or less guests, the rental only includes the main and upper level (3 bedroom / 2 bathroom). The lower-level beds and bathroom will not be accessible. Please contact us for special sleeping arrangements.

Welcome to the Lazy Deer Lodge in Holiday Island! We thought this was a fitting name due to the relaxed nature of the four-legged friends around the Lodge. Many are content to just lay in the backyard and observe their natural habitat. They do not seem concerned with humans too much.

You will love the home the minute you walk thru the front door. The soaring ceilings and the light and bright nature of the home will catch your eye immediately. A cool experience will be observing the deer napping in the backyard.

The open floor concept is great for family gatherings or just taking it easy. The fully furnished kitchen is ready for the chefs to show off their cooking skills. If your preference is to grill, then you can do that on the gas grill just outside the kitchen slider. You can choose to eat inside or outside. So, whether you are looking to have a couple’s weekend or a whole family getaway, the lodge is the perfect place to land!

You will love spending time on the three-sided wrap-around deck. Whether watching the sunset or playing a game of cornhole, it is a great place to unwind. The lodge sits in the woods on over one secluded acre. Everyone loves the atmosphere of the firepit where the storytellers can recount their favorite tales. If you are looking for some privacy, then Lazy Deer is the place.

The home has four bedrooms on three separate floors. Each floor has a convenient full bathroom. The luxurious Master Suite is on the 3rd floor. It has a jacuzzi built for two as well as a king-sized bed. It also has a reading nook outside the suite looking over the living area. This is a great place to prop your feet up.

Another awesome feature of the home is the lower level. It has plenty of windows allowing the natural light to come in. This level has a ping pong table as well as a TV viewing area to lounge around and watch the game. It is out of the way for the guests who are a little louder and might like to stay up a little later. It also has bunk beds and a Queen-sized bed.

The Lazy Deer Lodge is located about a mile and a half from the Holiday Island Marina, about a half-mile from the golf course. Just minutes away from some of the best trout fishing in America. 15 minutes from historical downtown Eureka Springs. About an hour to Branson, Mo. We hope that you will be our guests soon!

Please Note: The Holiday Island Recreation Center is Private, and our vacationing guests will not have access to the Community Pool or facility. We recommend using the swimming access at Table Rock Lake which is located across the bridge near the Marina.
