Accessibility – the gravel driveway may be difficult for motorcycles and sports cars. (32 miles from Eureka Springs, paved until the last ½ mile.

– Master Bedroom: King Sized Bed with a fireplace, large TV, lake view and back porch access.

– Bedroom #2: Queen Sized Bed

– Bedroom #3: Full Sized Bed

– Game Room: 2 Bunk Beds (Twin over Full = Top mattresses are Twin and Bottom mattresses are Full)

Bathrooms:

– Master Bathroom: Jack & Jill sink with a large and luxurious walk-in shower.

– Bathroom #2: Shared, with Tub/Shower Combo (Hallway)

– Bathroom #3: Private, with Walk-In Shower (Game Room)

Escape reality at this ravishing ranch-style home. You will feel relaxed as soon as you enter the front door, with the lake in close view from almost every window! A stunning open floor plan connecting the living room, dining, and kitchen will keep you connected with your group if you are cooking dinner in the kitchen with up-to-date appliances while they lounge in the living room on the large and cozy sectional couch in front of the big-screen television and fireplace. Adjacent to the dining room is the “game room” with a ping pong table, and 2 bunk beds. The Game room has its own bathroom connected with a large walk-in shower.

Kitchen: Basic dishware/utensils and cookware, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, and toaster.

There are many nature trails within a couple miles drive, as well as Rocky Branch Park.
