Take your family on vacation to this large log sided river front home. This house has tons of fun features for a memorable vacation. Watch movies in the theater, play pool or foosball in the downstairs rec room. Relax under the stars and enjoy the fire pit while you listen to the sound of the flowing river. You can canoe, kayak, or paddle a john boat on the river or enjoy fishing right from the shore! This home is loaded with fun things to do so you can retreat and unwind all in one perfect spot.

The main level with oak hardwood floors has an open plan containing a family room with fireplace and flat screen TV, dining area and a full kitchen. The well appointed kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counters and a breakfast bar. Patio doors from this great room go out to the deck overlooking the river.

The master suite found on this level down the hall, is spacious with awesome views of the river. Complete with an ornate four poster king bed and a full bath with a two person spa shower with a steam generator and a tiled bench. There is plenty of room for luggage and clothes in the walk in closet.

This level has another bedroom with a queen bed and a fireplace which goes through to the family room.

Go up a few steps from the great room to find the amazing movie theater with 10′ ceilings and 119″ screen, overhead projection, 7.1 surround sound. Plenty of seating for everyone! Pop some corn and dim the lights…it is movie time!

Downstairs is a large rec room with slate tiled floors. Plenty of patio doors for light and views of the river. There is a conversation seating area, pool table, foosball table, sofa sleeper and flat screen TV. This level has three bedrooms all with queen beds and plush carpet. A full bath with tub shower combination and a laundry room for your convenience.

There is a door into the garage on this level where there is an additional refrigerator for extra food and beverage storage.

Between the house and the river is a large fire pit with two picnic tables near by, and a hammock for hanging out. Bring your portable camp chairs and roast marshmallows and hot dogs all while listening to the flowing river.

The fishermen in your family will love this house, with a direct path to the river. This home is near the Stony Point Kings River Access also.

This house also has 24 hour outside security cameras.
