Full Kitchen – Coffee Maker, Stainless Steel appliances, Microwave, Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Double Sink, Wine Chiller, granite counter tops provide lots of space for more than one chef. Complete with breakfast bar and pass through counter to living room.

The Hobbs Haus is a very spacious lake front home sitting on nearly 4 acres. You will have complete privacy while you enjoy amazing views of beautiful Beaver Lake. This home sleeps 14 guests making it perfect for family reunions at the lake. The open living room has great windows that provide exceptional views of Beaver Lake. There is a pass through room divider to the large gourmet kitchen which has granite counter tops, a large island with a double stainless sink and dishwasher. All appliances are stainless steel, the stove has a vent hood and there is even a wine chiller. this kitchen is designed for more than one cook.

Off the kitchen is a large laundry with access to the two car garage, as well as an additional utility room with another freezer. This room also accesses the wonderful large sunny dining room just off the living room which has a very long dining table to seat everyone. Patio door from this room go to the beautiful deck with plenty of outdoor dining under the stars and a picturesque view of the lake.

This house is perfect for guests with limited mobility and has a wheel chair accessible large open shower in the shared bath on the main level. There is also a very large walk in closet between this bath and the first bedroom.

On one side of this bath is the first bedroom with two queen beds and on the other side of the bath is the master bedroom with a four post king bed. The views of the lake are amazing from this room. Both of these bedrooms have an exterior door with direct access to the wrap around deck.

Enjoy the wrap around deck with amazing views of the lake. Dine out under the stars and take in the view as the sun sets.

The lower level of this home has a large family and game room. This is the perfect place for the young at heart to gather. You can enjoy foosball or air hockey and well as watch TV.

There are two more bedrooms on this level with another large shared bath which has a tub shower combination. Both of these rooms have two queen beds each as well as large closets and TVs with DVD players.

There is a great patio area outside this level with two hammocks in the shade of the upper deck and in the yard there is a fire ring. All of this with that great lake view.

This home has a 24 hour security camera at the front door.
