Oak Point Lakeview Lodge is a multi-level home with a very unique floor plan and multiple living areas. Upon entering this house you have that relaxed country lake feel with the white washed ship lap walls. On your left is the main level bath and on the right is a queen bed room. This hall then opens into the kitchen, complete with granite counter tops with white subway tile back splash and stainless steel appliances. Every cook will enjoy the six burner gas stove and coffee lovers will appreciate the keurig and 12 cup coffee maker. The kitchen is open to the great room and a beautiful view of Beaver Lake. Two steps down is the elevated dining area, complete with hardwood floor and a farm style table with benches and chairs.

Take five steps down to the great/living room. This room has a vaulted ceiling and two stories of windows. To say this house is bright and airy is an understatement. There is an electric fireplace and large screen TV and amazing lake view.

Take five steps up out of this great room to the other half of the house which has a Queen bedroom and a King Master suite, both with plenty of windows and views of the lake. The Master suite has a large bath with rustic and modern touches. There is a jetted spa tub for two and a modern corner curved glass shower.

This home has a large laundry room down fourteen steps from this level. There is access to the deck via a door at the bottom of the stairs just outside of the laundry room.

Stairs from the kitchen lead to the loft where there is a family/movie room with large flat screen TV complete with a small version of an old fashioned theater style popcorn machine. There is plenty of seating here for the whole family. It also serves as the fourth bedroom via a daybed with trundle and a half bath.

On the lake view side of the house is two levels of decks. Plenty of chaise lounge chairs and a gas fire pit on those cool nights to view the stars. When the weather is warm you can soak up the sun and enjoy the wonderful Ozark mountain view of Beaver Lake.

Oak Point is only 4 miles from Big Clifty public access, which is a popular boat ramp / launch area that can accomodate large boats. It is also a popular launch point for canoes, stand up paddle boards, and kayaks. Many people launch from Big Clifty Park to paddle through Hogscald Hollow, which provides beautiful waterfalls, especially after a rain. It also offers access to Penitentiary Hollow, which has two waterfalls if there has been rainfall.

Boat rentals, fishing guides, and watersports guides are also available. SUP Outfitters in Eureka Springs will meet clients at the park for stand up paddleboard training and tours. Nearby Eureka Springs offers many historic sites and various tours for visitors.

This area of Beaver Lake includes some of the most beautiful shoreline, surrounded by towering limestone cliffs and natural caves.

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying OMVR will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property. If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, OMVR will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night. Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.
