Payment Terms: 25% deposit due at time of booking, and the balance due will be processed automatically 30 days prior to arrival. (100% may be due at time of booking when using 3rd party booking agents and not directly through our website).

NOTE – Price is for 4 guests. Additional Guests over 4 are $45 per person per night. This allows us to keep this vacation retreat appropriately priced for smaller groups. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS = 8

Note, the road and driveway to the Villa are suitable for motorcycles and sports cars. The road is mostly paved and the driveway is concrete.

There is parking for 4 vehicles. A trailer can be parked near the mailbox at the top of the driveway.

Welcome to the Luxurious Villa Le Rocher! Located on the deep water shores near the Dam of Beaver Lake Arkansas, only 12 minutes from Eureka Springs, Live Entertainment, Ghost Tours, and Incredible Restaurants!

Villa Le Rocher Lakefront Estate is not your average rental, it’s a private estate on beaver lake with a European flare.

The architecture of this house provides a warm and welcoming entry. As you approach the Villa, you will notice a natural limestone bluff protecting the home, hence the name, “Le Rocher”. As you enter the home, you will find an abundance of natural light that creates a peaceful environment ideal for relaxation. Immediately to your right, you will be welcomed by a large curved staircase, vaulted ceilings, stained concrete floors with an open dining area. Make your way past the foyer and find the large living area with a seasonal gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, and a large screen TV. A perfect room for watching a game or a movie, or simply enjoying conversations with family and friends. You will not want to leave the gratification of this home!

Put your culinary skills to the test in this home’s gourmet kitchen, outfitted with only the best appliances including a professional Wolf stove, oven, & accouterments. Spread out your incredible feast on the solid concrete counter tops with room to spare. This kitchen will be appreciated by the best of the best. There is a pass thru to the screen porch area, that serves as a perfect second dining area. Or, choose al fresco dining and enjoy your meal on the large patio overlooking the lake. The patio features premium outdoor furniture and a large round table.

One of the best highlights of the Villa Le Rocher is the incredible resort style waterfront. On those warm, sunny days, you can venture down the meandering landscaped path that leads you to the lakeshore. The path winds down the hillside providing a gradual and safe decent. The shoreline provides opportunity for swimming and fishing! Bring your fishing gear and try your luck at catching a large-mouth or striper bass. Launch the kayak or stand-up paddle board provided for guests. Better yet, to further explore this pristine lake, take a short drive over to Starkey Marina for all your lake activity needs! Rent a boat and explore the lake in style!

Villa Le Rocher has 4 Bedrooms in all. The spacious and private master suite easily converts to an open-concept loft room, providing a majestic view of the vaulted architecture and the living area below. There are two other bedrooms in the main house, one with a Queen size bed with attached bath, and the other bedroom has hand-hewn log bunk beds that were custom designed for the space.

The garage apartment is as luxurious as the house with modern styling. The apartment includes a kitchen, living room, private balcony overlooking the lake, and a King size bed with built in benches. The styling would be described as lavish-contemporary interior.

From outdoor fun to amazing live entertainment, there’s no shortage of great things to do in Eureka Springs. Enjoy world class Downhill Mountain Bike Trails.
