Newly remodeled, The Villas at Sweet Spring are an amazing new luxury lodging in downtown Eureka Springs.

The upscale vintage-modern living room features an open floor plan with the living room open to the full kitchen.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, ceramic top stove, microwave and coffee maker… as well as basic cookware, dinner and glassware, including wine glasses. There is a large stainless steel sink in the island that separates the kitchen from the living room.

The insulated brick building buffers the outside world, providing the perfect place for conversation and relaxation.

Outside you have a private patio area which has a natural rock bluff wall surrounding it. This outdoor area wraps around the back and side of the building. The side yard has patio seating where you will have a great viewing spot for downtown parades. Also, near the entry there is an outside dining area.

The location is amazing! This is the perfect hub for the exploration of downtown Eureka Springs. You will have a front row seat for parades and festivals. The best part is that you can literally park at the front door and keep your reserved parking space throughout your stay.

Downtown Eureka Springs is a “Foodie” paradise. Wonderful restaurants, including Le Stick Nouveau, Rogue’s Manor, The Grotto, Devito’s, Nibbles, Local Flavor, and several others are steps away.

Nightlife is located across the street at Brews. They serve regional craft beers and amazing coffee. Down the street you will find Chelsea’s Corner Cafe, where visitors and locals enjoy live bands and delicious pizza.
